Starter App – Admin Portal

We have an admin portal that controls all the functionality of our Starter App.

  • Accessible on all platforms.
  • View, manage users as well as import them.
  • Add events and set reminders (notifications).
  • Include three custom content pages.
  • Add attachments and images.
  • Send messages to individuals or system groups.

Study Module – Admin Portal

The admin portal is expanded for the Study Module to include Subjects, Classes and specific events such as Homework, Assignments exams. Administrators have can verify users and restrict those that have access to the tool whilst also being able to view events added by teachers and add their own.

  • Includes Subjects and Classes.
  • Enables adding of Homework, Assignment and Exam events..
  • Import users, classes, links and more.
  • Display Reports for each type of study event.
  • Send messages to students who have not done their work.

Parent Module – Parent View

With the parent module parents can see the events of the students they are linked to seeing exactly what their child sees including all the upcoming study events.

  • Ability to be linked to multiple children at the same school.
  • Read only access to view linked children’s study events.
  • Receive messages from teachers about overdue items.

Information Pages Add-On – Admin View

With the information pages add on administrators can add as many custom content pages which appear in the web portal and the mobile apps.

  • Unlimited custom content pages.
  • Include links, images, PDFs.
  • Have multi level pages.
  • Ability to use full HTML editor.
